Healthy Boundaries

This 2-part program helps you improve your confidence and assertiveness at home, at play or at work.

Self-care and self-rewards

Looking after yourself is an important part of living a happy and healthy life, especially when you have responsibility for others who rely on you for help. Learn to build self-care plan to improve your quality of life.

Join us from 1 – 3 pm, Mar 14, 2020, at the Grace Young Activity Centre on 395 Elliott street in Quesnel.

Mental Health First Aid

A two-day program for those with emerging mental health problems or in a mental health crisis until appropriate treatment is found or the situation is resolved.

Join us from 8:30 – 4:30 pm, Oct 19 & 20, 2019, at the Grace Young Activity Centre on 395 Elliott street in Quesnel.

FAMILIES MHFA or Mental Health First Aid is a two-day course helping those in a mental health crisis until appropriate care is found.

FAMILIES in Residence

Drop by every Saturday between 1 – 3 pm at GR Baker Memorial Hospital, QUESST Unit
